'Devilish' Jeans a Hot Seller in Sweden ....
STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Cheap Monday jeans are a hot commodity among young Swedes thanks to their trendy tight fit and low price, even if a few buyers are turned off by the logo: a skull with a cross turned upside down on its forehead.

Logo designer Bjorn Atldax says he's not just trying for an antiestablishment vibe.

"It is an active statement against Christianity," Atldax told The Associated Press. "I'm not a Satanist myself, but I have a great dislike for organized religion."

The label's makers say it's more of a joke, but Atldax insists his graphic designs have a purpose beyond selling denim: to make young people question Christianity, a "force of evil" that he blames for sparking wars throughout history.

1. "I have a great dislike for organized religion."
I have an aversion to organized religion, but I would not wear those jeans. It's insulting to many gentle people who practice their faith without using it as a weapon to justify their agenda, like george w. bush and his followers.

2. People go weird over clothing
I'm at work and currently wearing a black t-shirt that has an orange demon-looking head on it and the words, "Bad Boy," underneath it. Total joke since I'm the most straight-laced person in the office. There's an older gentleman who works here who's pretty much a fundamentalist, and the first time he saw that, he asked accusingly what it represented. I said, "That I got a t-shirt from Target for $2.00."

4. What if you wore it with a WWJD t-shirt?
Would that cause some kind of fashion apocalypse?

I'd love to have a pair of these jeans.

It's interesting to note, that some US papers (including Fox News, what a shock) changed the headline to read:

Anti-Christian Jeans Are a Trend in Sweden
