7. That's not a protestor, and its not a peace sign...
Its a victory sign and that is a female terrorist being carried away after being shot during a hijacking.

8. really? although i like my version better... what's the
rest of the story? Do you have a link? I know I wasn't paying real good attention at that time, we had just buried my father, but I have no memory at all of female hijackers.

I was in school in England right after that, and often cloaked my nationality, I do remember being afraid in airports.
