This is how the Dems should approach the elections, the ads
should just show Republicans, well, being Republicans.

I caught a glimpse last night of C-Span showing Rep. Steve King (Iowa, I think), he was saying who could image a war where the enemy would use IED's? suicide bombers, etc. I was like, Hello? Is there anybody in there? Clue: Israeli/ Palestinian conflict. King's supporters should be so embarrassed.

If the Dem's were smart, they would just show these bozo's being bozo's! We couldn't be called negative, because, well, it would be these nut bags saying stupid stuff!

It would be the cheapest ad campaign imaginable!

I actually think that may be the strategy, if you give them enough rope, they'll hang themselves. That strategy has been effective to date, let's work on ads for the fall! It should be fun, just reviewing the footage, and oh, Mr. Melhman (Milkman, per spell check, too funny to ignore) gave us a good one the other night.

1. You're right! Remember the photo of McCain hugging shrub?
That's only one of the many pics that could work against them. We gotta get 'em. We gotta get 'em!

2. We also have to realize that if they use dirty tricks
we have to beat them at their own game. I would prefer to be clever over being dirty, but when you're in the alley, and you are duking it out, you need to do what you need to do.

10. Oh yeh...this one is dirty...we have no choice....
We need to be so outrageous and shocking that their heads will explode in rage. Fuck that nice guy shit. I will support nobody who believes in taking the high road this time around. This is a war for our freedom and the high road shit is for cowards... We need to throw the word fascist around like it's an every day term to describe all repugs. We need to emphasize the the emerging Theocratic Nutbags and their plans to eliminate the "non-believers" from the American landscape. For once we need to use fear in our ad campaigns.

"They call you the have mores. I call you my base."

Fade to black screen: Had enough?

spying on Americans, Katrina etc.

Nothing else needed. Just list what theyve done while they owned the entire Government.

7. nothing else needed is right, but,
what do you think your chances of seeing a hard hitting ad are? slim to none the Dems are scared of challenging the punks. Already happening here in California. Arnold is savaging our candidate, who like Kerry , took a vacation after the primary.

8. I say F 'em ! If the Dem party don't want to take on the liars
then lets start supporting Dem org's that will. The ads will not require much money in production costs and move on or somebody else is well worth the $$. I am really thinking about not volunteering time or $ to the Dem party, because I'd rather pizz it away, if that's what they are going to do with it!

The Republicans have already given so much fodder through their arrogance of being the Party in charge that we would be brain dead not to use their own folly against them! That is, unless, our party is brain damaged (it's a matter if degrees you see).

that the 2500 dead soldiers represent just a number....the Dems have the ammunition to pulvarize these Repug bastards...

what the hell has to happen before the Dems get a friggen Advertising agency that can kick ass...its obvious that whomever they are using sucks.....

6. Oh yeah
Whenever they say the Dems have no agenda or whatever, list their "accomplishments" and then have a snappy saying like "with results like these we hope the Repubs dont have anymore ideas for America" or something like that.

9. We should get a du group to devise the campaign stuff, hell, du
is the master of irony and satire. Those old farts at the top, just don't or won't get it!

I voted for Gore (I have to admit I was a Repuke for a while, till the 90's rolled around) and I was ok, not impressed with his persona (nor was my RW Catholic ex bf, I was maid of honor at her wedding and the last of her wedding party to bail on her, (20yrs)., after her Gore bore stuff).

Al Gore is our Dean (who I voted for in the primary even tho it didn't matter at the time), and honestly, even the Republicans want a change! My Democratic conversion was the result of Ross Perot and more importantly my shit or get off the pot decision about Christianity.

Anyone, who seriously undertakes the study of Christian teachings cannot be a member of the current Republican party, it is not possible.

I was late to the table, but we are so much more enthusiastic about our new digs, once the comfort level sets in, There ain't no stopping, even Diebold can't stop me .

I know that the Clinton debacle created a lot of Republicans in my area (that's what they said at my first Democratic Club meeting (I was the only full blooded convert during that time), it's okay, because the country didn't want Clinton impeached, but the Bush backlash is the same and there are a lot returning or converting to the Dem party and we have to be welcoming. The thing is, it takes a lot for people to switch but, once you do you won't go back (I have asked God to allow to correct the errors that I voted for).

And the RW has pushed so many Christians (Gospel Christians) to the point of no return!

Dean, is the grass roots king and God willing Al Gore, the Prince of Peace President!
