Family Court Judge shot by a sniper in Reno, NV
sorry for the fox link everyone. I first heard it on Headline News but this fox link is the only one I can find:

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,199176,00.html

RENO, Nev. — A judge was shot on Monday at a courthouse in Reno, a police spokesman said, and a SWAT team was inside the building.

"Right now I can't give you the condition" of the judge, Steve Frady of the Reno Police Department said. "It's still an unsafe situation."

“We do believe a sniper shot a judge inside the courthouse," Frady added. "We're trying to locate where the shooting came from."

--------

Headline news said he was shot while standing next to his office window on the 3rd floor.
