Cheney FBI files have been released - interesting stuff

FBI kept about 89%, but the ones released are rather interesting

He served as an official observer of the election in El Salvador in 1984 (so he has experience in rigging elections)

On edit: Correction, it looks as though someone else sued Cheney over release of their FBI files.
