you can... listen to Rummy and Myers stumble over their tongues when questioned at a press conference, as if they are unaware what has been used in our names...... jeezus christ. http://www.snowshoefilms.com/index.shtml

ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS USED TO SLAUGHTER IRAQIS Guerre Stellari in Iraq documents the use of electromagnetic weapons on Iraqi civilians in the early days of the American invasion. A few weeks after the April 2003 battle for the Baghdad Airport, American filmmaker Patrick Dillon learns of a mysterious horrible weapon that has obliterated civilians, eviscerated them, shrunk them. Majid al Ghezali, first violinist in the city orchestra, takes Dillon to the scene of the crime (and cover-up!). Other incidents are shown: a Belgian doctor reveals the carnage of dozens of people on a public bus; Iraqi doctors had never seen anything like it: no entry wounds, eyes fried, skin burnt off where exposed; or decapitations. The film by Maurizio Torrealta and Sigfrido Ranucci in a video clip shows flippant justifications by Rumsfeld and Gen. Myers for using directed energy/ high-powered microwave weapons that exterminate Iraqis (et al.) as if they were vermin.(read the article here) watch winmedia english video here via www.raiainews24.it

1. Pentagon admits using "E" bombs but says its "non-lethal"
Edited on Sun Jun-04-06 02:58 PM by papau
Pentagon admits using "E" bombs but says its "non-lethal". Does anyone disagree and say it is lethal?

Of course it did destroy the Iraqi electric grid which 4 years later is still not back to pre-war levels despite all the Halliburton/Carlyle w/ Bush 41 contract money that has been spent - I wonder where those billion really went -eh?

In any case, below is a bit on these non-lethal weapons.

http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/library/report/2003/hpm-faq.htm

"E-bomb is short for `Electromagnetic Bomb'. The definition is very broad, but essentially covers all bombs or warheads designed to damage targets with a very intense pulse of electromagnetic energy. The principal distinction is the wavelength of the energy produced by the weapon. Low frequency E-bombs approximate the effects of a close lightning strike, microwave or HPM E-bombs flood the target with a directional field of intense microwave illumination. The the latter is not unlike a microwave oven, but it is extremely short in duration and involves much higher power levels.

2. You need to watch this video..... honestly, it is extremely
revealing, human rights watch is interviewed in it as well as other big brain people who know what's going on.

3. I shall - and then I will also start a thread on this - thanks for the
heads up on the existence of the video.

I wrote about this many times at the start of the war, and email asking folks to not use the weapons because of the destruction of the electric grid. I did not know that non-lethal actually meant lethal at the time.

In any case, my ability to change Bush policy was a weak then as it is now - but we keep trying.

4. Non Lethal is the last word you are going to use to describe this
video, there is no doubt.

5. No indication that Ebombs were used in Desert Storm
A minor point, but as I recall it was carbon fiber that took down the power grid in addition to TNT.

6. I also recall military statements to the effect that carbon fiber weapons
were being considered for the task of taking down the power grid - and after the grid came down there were no further statements.

In any case I likewise recall the carbon fiber press conference.

8. This is basically like putting a person in a microwave oven...
I remember seeing this stuff being tested on one of the science channels. It basically boils people alive. It is probably one of the worst ways to die. This is a crime against humanity.
