program run by Scientologists.

Sam Seder says that there is no proof that people who go through the program are helped in any way.

Garofalo has had supported of the "detox" program on AAR twice, and wants to have them on a third time, and Seder says enough already.

far out thought experiments. Under hypnosis, a cold spoon, can raise a burn/blister on your arm, if you are told it is extremely hot. Something to think about.... doesn't prove anything one way or the other, but it does define the power of your mind over physical reality.

She's an athiest but supports Christian based projects if they are worthwhile. If it's for a cause that you believe in does it really matter which religion is behind it?
