Time for a Constitutional Amendment

Article II, Section 1, 4th paragraph of the Constitution proscribes the minimum requirements to hold the office of the President. It now reads:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

I propose the addition of the following language, at the end of the paragraph.

"Further, no person shall be eligible to that Office who shall have had any relative serve in that office within about a fucking century."

"no person shall be eligible to that Office until such a time as they are deemed and sworn to be mentally sound by six independent psychiatrists who have never met said person before, have no relationship with any family or business related to said person and are board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology."
