FAX the Senators

Many people are experiencing overworked and underpaid Senate staffers being short with them when they call Senate offices. This is because the Senate is probably being inundated by calls.

If you call a Senator, be very brief and very polite. Understand that these people are probably going crazy from all the phone calls.

It may be better to FAX the Senator's office with a brief statement--no more than a half a page. In that space you can make a brief argument for opposing Alito and supporting a filibuster if that comes up. Most importantly, a FAX is easier to handle by staff.

I've been posting this link on many threads but I thought it might be time to put it into it's own thread again.
