9. Had to go to the doctor and did not get a chance to answer these
questions...I read this on DU about the Kos story that maybe gonzales sealed the indictment...I could have got this wrong but nobody is talking about this on tv that usually lots of talk about this and not a word have I heard and it made me think that maybe this was true and rove put out the word to the media not to talk about this subject...I SURE HOPE THIS IS WRONG AS I LIVE FOR THE DAY THAT ROVE AND THE REST OF THESE CRIMINALS ARE IN JAIL...

8. What facts do we have?
That's the question we must ask ourselves. We've had Leopold write about an idictment, but on the other side, we haven't had a demand for him to retract his story. We have heard absolutely nothing from Fitzgerald's camp.

We really don't know anything one way or the other. At this point we are all free to believe whatever we choose. I am all for the wait-and-see approach though, keeping in mind that Rove's indictment may very well have been sealed for a very good reason.

10. No no no
That dumbass diary on Kos is just a ridiculous conspiracy theory.

Rove testified five times before the grand jury and hasn't been cleared yet (which would be public). That's not good for Rove.

11. GJ doesn't "clear" anyone. They either indict or they don't. A person may
not be indicted for a number of reasons but the GJ doesn't issue a statement that an individual has been "cleared." All one would know is that a person had not been charged with a crime but not why.

12. I don't read Kos
so I don't know what you're referring to, but I fear that no one is going to be indicted. Yeah, I know that FitzGerald has a wonderful reputation as a clean and honest and careful attorney, but the way all of this is dragging on I really have my doubts. And not that FitzGerald has been bought off or anything like that, but that the administration is too crafty to get caught.
