3. I've heard it explained several ways.
She did indeed start crying and leave when Graham was down on his knees with his mouth firmly placed around her husband's genitalia. I inadvertantly stumbled on RW talk radio today and discovered that it was just a slow reaction to Teddy Kennedy's insensitive and outrageous attack a few moments earlier. Glad that was explained to me. Needless to say I changed the channel immediately.

2. What did she need to be in there for anyway?
Her husband is interviewing for a job.

Do you bring your spouse along when you're applying for a job?

Those hearings should be held with the 'applicant' and the interviewers.

What a sick joke.

4. I had a discussion about that with someone on DU earlier.
I have no problem with a spouse being there for opening statements but I found her presence distracting and immaterial during questioning. I think family members should wait elsewhere.

9. Perhaps ...

Perhaps she was there so she could cry?

Just a thought.

5. Only if they let them rant on and on
and not discuss why the entire country should be crying at these fucking lunatic right wing zealots.

6. Curious
Does a person cry if they think allegations and/or insinuations concerning someone they love are untrue; OR do they respond w/ resentment?

Strong doses of reality can be quite displeasing it seams..
