it was on again yesterday on FLIX.

Even then, the American Dream was on the way out, if you listen to what he said during his filibuster...so true today....Why have I wasted most of my life trying to save it all over again???

It's part of our doctrine, part of what we stand for. The framers purposely in-placed for just such events. We're suppose to debate, stand-up, filibuster.

Republicans have done it in the past. But, if our Dems don't stand-up for women, minorities, freedom (Choice), spying on Americans, strip-searching 10 year old little girls (Alito rule for), what's the point. And how does someone of Alitos' reported statue NOT recall all those years in CAP!?! For crying out loud, and no I don't mean Mrs. Alito.

and it never hurts to hold out for hope, that there will be a filibuster, but if the MSMcon has there way, we will never know if it happens.

otherwise, it's 5-4 deciding against Democratic Presidents for the rest of my life i suppose.
