Would it be possible to see if Fitzgerald was in his office last Friday?
I think that could clear this whole doubt of Mr. Leopold up. Someone call him up.

yes, you could probably call his office but I doubt that anyone would give you that information.
Also even if you were to get that information, would it really tell you anything? I understand that Fitz was supposed to have gone to the lawfirm representing Rove that day and informed Rove's attorneys of the status. Wouldn't it be more useful to find out whether he had gone there?
