Just got a call
from ABC pollsters. Literally, 15 minutes ago. The questions they asked were pretty wide, and varied. Some of the ones, I remember off the top of my head are:

1. Do you approve or dissapprove of W? I said HELL YES, strongly dissapprove...:) They asked a lot of questions about the Bush administration, and I unloaded on them, strongly dissaprove on every count.

2. Biggest Issue I have with W at current time? NSA spying, and AT and verizon and bell south, helping W acheive his ends...but i told him the worst thing, is probably the war on terror, and then he asked if my main issue is nsa, or war on terror, so i switched it to war on terror...

3. Do you like Bill Clinton more than W? YEs, Bill all they way

4. A long list of questions about Hillary, like how do you think she handled the monica lewinskey thing, I responded by that one, by saying, I thought she did well, cause Bill is still alive...and if I would vote for Hillary in 08, I responded by saying "I would consider"

5. Long list of questions of which party, you would want to see in power, i responded Democrat, straight across...

6. Immigration isses, iraq war, health care, defeciet, and a few others, they asked if W is doing the right thing, and i responded by saying he doesn't have a fucking clue, but i had to switch my answer to STrongly disagree about anything W has done/or failed to do.

7. Iraq, do you think we were lied into war, hell yes! Do you think Iraq war has made america more safe, or unsafe, i said unsafe...

There was a lot of questions, but this is the first time, i ever got a phone call survey thing...anyone else out there get any of these calls?

1. No, I haven't been polled, but you've spoken for thousands here.
And quite well, too!

:applause:

Thanks for sharing.

2. That was really Dick Cheney. Now you are definitely on the list.
Watch for big dark SUV's parked out front of your house. Or for telephone pole workers.

Don't type too much on the computer either.

9. your welcome
my in laws were at my house when the pollster called, and i was in the kitchen, going off...W is an idiot, W is a moron, this and that, democrat this, and this and that, they were giving me the look, as if i was having an arguement. I told them it was a pollster(on the phone), and I was giving "him" some honest feedback. My father/mother in law use to vote repub straight across, until i let them watch F/911 and my wife and I started talking to them about issues and what not, and they voted for Kerry, and dems in 2004, and plan to do so in fall of 2006. My father in law served in vietnam, and after he watched F/911 he was literally pissed the hell off...same with my mother in law, but she wasn't as animated about it...

11. I got called by Gallup once.
Man! I said the only complaint I had about their questions was that they didn't have "abysmal" as a selection for the category of "How would you rate the job george w. bush is doing as 'president'?"

12. I had trouble
with strongly disapprove, cause it was the most negative thing, I could say, really...I always kept ramblinb a bit, like he's an idiot!! and the guy would say, so does that mean you strongly disagree? I was like, well, if thats the lowest rating you go by, than yes!...:) Abysmal would be a good one to have...

13. Once a month or so
I get them all the time, from national type surveys to local campaigns. I never used to, I don't know why I keep getting called now. It started in 2003. Weird.

14. hmm...
maybe its because i'm more politically involved now, did you start getting into political organizations, before you started getting phone polls? My wife and I joined our democrat club back in february..maybe thats why...we have been to three meetins this year so far, and donated every time...

15. Strictly political, maybe
I'd been involved in activist organizations before that, but they could have picked my name up from campaign donations in 2003. I don't know.

16. got polled once by repubes
Should've realized who it was when they asked the question:
Do you support gun control *OR* the 2nd Amendment?

"Can't one believe in both?" I think I said. What I wanted to say was, "Dumbass loaded question."
