Can we have a serious conversation about what our options are? It's becoming very clear that this administration is doing all that it can to criminalize dissent.. I have no intention of handing my country over, but I have to say.. I'm not all that hip on the idea of becoming a political prisoner.. What are our options? We need a game plan. We need to take a serious look at what's going on here..

2. I'm not as worried about the "annoying" issue as I am the "disruptor"
issue.. I have contended for a long time that the administration would use the Patriot Act against dissenters, and it looks like that is exactly what the plan is.. I'm having a hard time believing this is America anymore..

6. They are trying to criminalize dissent, that's for sure.
I don't think they have camps, but hell who knows with this crew.. I'm really beginning to fear the political climate, and I'm at a loss for what to do.

8. they have them already GITMO, Poland etc
just because individuals are soccermoms or dads it doesn't stop them from being hauled in and put in GITMO style prison camp around the world. One day the soccermom will suddenly disappear because she was seen marching in DC at an antiwar demonstrations and gets moveon.org emails!

4. I would answer that.
But doing so might be construed as annoying by those who wish to find me disruptive.

7. civil disobedience
A huge act of civil disobedience. Gather >1000 "disruptors" and do it very publicly. Be prepared to go to jail. Make sure the press is there. Find like-minded lawyers to ensure a speedy trial and complain to the press if you don't receive one. Challenge the law in the courts. If the supreme court declares that dissenters can be arrested, maybe people will start to wake up to what our country has become.

11. Use an anonymizer service, free mailboxes, etc....
I really don't see the problem. Do you think I download that "software", "music", and (oh yes let's not forget) "porn" using my regular ISP or post on RW blogs and send hate mail from that account ? ....*HA!!!

They don't have a clue and all this order will do is require the "average joe" to get a bit more education about how he/she can be tracked in "cyberspace".... FWIW. We have played this game of cat and mouse since the days of ArpaNet... and so it goes...........
