Hey, everybody. MM here using Kathy's login. Sorry. Yet another "technical" glitch in the studio when we got to work tonight. The external modem on Kathy's puter was fried. My brand new Dell laptop froze as soon as we walked in and tried to log on. No explanation for this that we can understand. Granted, neither of us are in the Ben Burch league of technical ability with these feelthy Microsoft-corrupted machines (that's a compliment, Ben) but Kathy - who is the more puter savvy between the two of us by, oh, a million miles - was utterly flummoxed. So, we called NY and asked for a re-run of last night's program. Which really sux given all the shit that hit the fan today. Oh, well, we'll do it tomorrow. So . . . sabotage against us here in the buckle of the Bible Belt?? Dunno. Hate to think so cuz I'm already paranoid as hell. But, BellSouth IS the provider of ALL our phone, computer, wireless, yada-yada-yada stuff and we know what was revealed about BellSouth today, right?

Anyway, sorry for the missed program. See ya' tomorrow.

Wondering what the &*(& was going on.

You brought a couple liberals together yesterday.

I was visiting a business associate with whom I have had some misunderstandings. Suffice to say it wasn't the greatest of relationships. Not horrible but certainly not great.

I heard your voice on his computer while he was working and I asked, "That's a familiar voice..." and he responded that he downloads your show and listens to it during the day. I said, "White Rose?" and he said, "Yeah." From there on it was a discussion of the bush crime family and what needs to be done in this country.

It was great to discover we had something in common: our rage over the bush crime family and what they have done to American democracy.
