2. Would not surprise me in the least of "certain people" are exempt

from being tapped. Perhaps it depends on how much they support BushCo. then again, BushCo/PNAC probably doesn't exempt anyone but themselves because GOSH! Someone just might not be nice to them!

Have to wonder if they started tapping DeLay once he began his freefall from office.

The whole NSA thing is so screwy. And, in looking up info re: Patrior Act II, it seems our representatives (most anyway...) voted this in.
