I hope you are happy. You have managed to undo the work of 230 years (this coming July 4.) Not even Richard Nixon managed that. Now you see how bad the President really is. I would like to offer my condolence on the passing of your world view. You probably look at this forum with the same disgust that I and other DUers look at yours. Sad isn't it? We are now a single nation, divided in two. Haven't you ever wondered if that was someone's strategy?

Ever heard of divide and conquer? Well I think the past few years have been a great example of that. Every time your group and our group were about to catch wise of someone's plan, isn't absolutely amazing how some divisive issue just happened to enter the national debate? Someone wants your group and our group divided. Who? I don't know. Maybe Mr. Rove. I don't mean to completely insult your group, but I just don't think our President is intelligent enough to plan such a move.

You must be puzzled at the news our side just recently had, that one Hillary Clinton the Junior Senator from New York State would have a fundraiser held by Rupert Murdoch. This is extremely strange. She has also paired up with someone who was her arch-rival FMR. Speaker Newt Gingrich. You know that isn't right either. Those two hate each other, or do they?

Why are you guys so bound and determined to "prove" that liberals supposedly don't like to hear differing viewpoints by coming here and posting stuff? You know that this is a place for liberals and Democrats - that's why it's called the DEMOCRATIC Underground.

Do you really think that if one of us went on FreeRepublic and expressed our views, we'd be welcomed with open arms? Absolutely not! That's a conservative forum. Its purpose is not to debate with liberals but to attack them and provide a place for conservatives. The same is true of DU.

It's reasonable to expect those who post here to be sympathetic to more liberal ideas and policies. One wouldn't allow a Nazi to putz around on a Jewish forum. Or a feminist on a fundamentalist forum. They just don't belong there.

And why are you here anyway? Don't you have better things to do, like bashing liberals and posting on FreeRepublic? The fact that you post here says more about you than us. What kind of loser comes to the DEMOCRATIC Underground, posts there, subsequently gets banned, and then whines about Socialism because you weren't able to express your views?
