I think that we are going to hell in a handbasket. I have tonight been watching Tim Russert and Joe Klein on CNBC, and they are so far out of it that it's frightening. What's more frightening is that there is no question that they excuse the Bushbots while trashing the Dems. Note that I don't consider Republicans as even players here. These guys talk about the "center" and all that crap, and they know that the center is gone. Joe Klein is irretrievable scum, and so very dangerous, because he presents himself as a "moderate." He knows better.

What I find disgusting is the self righteous good ole boy persona both of these sometimes (almost Republican almost Democrat) shills employ. Their bottom line is to do what they are told.

found it, then others are seeing this as well. The particular Democrat may change, but the sentiment is still the same.

Do you look at this whack jobs blog on a routine basis? I look at all kinds of things. Since I do a lot of volunteer work and am knocking on doors and making phone calls, it is very wise to know what these nut cases are reading and looking at. When I have comments similar slug at me (and yes, I certainly have) I don't stand there shocked as if I've never heard it before. Taking away the element of surprise makes my response far more thoughtful and less rambling.

Plenty of DUers post snippets from blogs that are new and older alike. It's learning the enemy. That is the point.
