Is "Decider" *'s signature quote?
President's don't choose the quote they are remembered for.
These come to mind;

"Ask not...." Kennedy
"I will not seek or accept..." Johnson
"I am not a crook!" Nixon
"I've been unfaithful in my mind.' Carter
"There you go again" or " Tear down that wall." Reagan
"Read my lips..." Bush I
"I did not have sex with that woman" Clinton

?"I'm the decider!"? GWB

I'm trying to be unbiased and nonpolitical and I don't want to discuss the other Presidents. I'm just noting what I think most people would say comes to mind.

Do you think this will be Bush's quote?
If not, what will it be?

4. His signature quote is yet to come...but I like "bring it on"
I think that sometime over the next three or four years we'll hear a very whiny and obviously dishonest denial of guilt that will stick. George Bush hates losing and cannot admit to being wrong- but it will happen.

5. "Mission accomplished"
I know it was not a quote, but it will forever be linked to him and the Iraq invasion.

6. If you're going to quote Clinton, at least get it right!
"I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky."

(Yeah, it was a weasely way to put it, but it probably made him *technically* right if he didn't have full-penetration intercourse with her.)

8. I'm the "Decider"
This sticks in my mind to be forever remembered, as The decider's calling card. One doesn't even have to mention his name any longer just say "The Decider"

11. December 18, 2000: "If this were a dictatorship...
...it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator."

This is the quote that comes to my mind, too--especially, in light of yesterday's Boston Globe article.
