As a criminal matter, Limbaugh got the right punishment.

I wouldn't ask for anything more from a first time drug offender, or anything less from someone who knew they were guilty but who still gave the prosecution a hard time: pee in a cup for a period of time to prove that you are off it, pay some bux as restitution to the state that shouldn't have had to mess with your shennigans, and if you pass the drug tests, that's that.

Luckily, laughing at him and pointing out his hypocrisy isn't a criminal matter. What a douche Limbaugh is.

I really don't care to see my tax dollars go to prosecuting addicts. Pushers are another story.

I can't stand the hypocrital twit, and as much as I enjoy seeing him humilitated I think the prosecutors were right on this.

Draconian punishment for drug offenders is a puritan wrong magnified many times over in our corrupt system. Scum that he is, Limbaugh shouldn't do time over a drug offense.
