Where can I find heavy duty, good quality, spring-type clothespins?

I bought a big bag at Walmart (only place I could find them) and they look great, but are so flimsy they twist apart under the slightest pressure. The spring is made of lightweight steel (think paperclip strength), and they don't hold the clothes on the line. I should have looked at K-Mart in the Martha Stewart line--she has some nice, good quality laundry products.

2. The clotheslineshop.com seems to be the place. I found

several places when I googled, but the clothespins they sold looked just like the ones I got at walmart. Thanks AZDem.

3. Geeze, this place never ceases to amaze me. Just when you

need something, up pops the answer. I have been looking for a good, properly shaped ironing board cover. All I can seem to find around here are a bunch if wrong size, ill fitting ones. Up pops this site with just what I need. Thanks!

these days. Thankfully, my mom kept lots of the old, quality clothespins. Maybe you could try garage sales or thrift shops???

5. There's a 90 mile yard sale on Hwy. 41 from Chattanooga, TN

to Marietta, GA this weekend. Maybe I can find some. The ones my Mother used for years are still in great shape, but the numbers are dwindling, so I needed replacements.

I bought a bag full of the really good old ones last year. They've obviously been outside in their lives, but man, can they pinch! There's no comparison.

of 100 Diamond Forster spring type clothes pins at my grocery. They are very sturdy with solid springs and are holding up fine. You might also look around in an old fashioned hardware store if you have one nearby.

I must have the same ones, they are driving me crazy. I long for the ones my grandmother used to have, even the springless ones would be better.
