Three years ago today ..

I had my weight loss surgery. I've lost 168lbs and I feel terrific. It's not been a journey without some problems. I think I've leveled out and have my supplements tweaked to what I need. Some days I can hardly believe it's me I see in the mirror. To celebrate I bought a 'little black dress' today.
I have always wanted one and now I have one. Size 8, :woohoo:

We both know that WLS is not the "easy way out" -- that it takes serious commitment, even moreso than a "normal" diet because you can't just quit when it gets tough. I admire you greatly and I'm so pleased that you treated yourself to that dress! Congratulations! :yourock: :yourock: :yourock:

fantastic ! You should brag on yourself, losing that much weight and being able to keep it off is
