Unless you surf the net totally devoid of ads, I'm sure you've seen this:

My question is, what is it? Has anybody tried it? I've done searches for commentary about it but nothing comes up except ads for this web site and fake blog entries posing as articles for this web site.

What do they mean by calorie shifting? And who is the creator of this diet? I'm intrigued by the concept but I don't want to pay for it to find out what it is.

To be honest, I don't think it's worth it after reading about it, but maybe it would be if you are someone who needs to have portion amounts strictly decided and controlled because this site will do that for you. What stood out for me is that the site is completely anonymous and offers no forums or support of any kind.

as for what "calorie shifting" is, i don't know but do a google search on it and it turns up a lot. i don't really feel like reading it. but it's better than paying at that site.
