Any tips for Post-Opiate WD Depression?
As In I haven't had any said opiate and am going through withdrawls?

Even stepping down, I feel unworthy of life - even though I know this is not the case..

1. drink lots of OJ and look into Oil of Evening Primrose

Oil of Evening Primrose - is that an easy to find supplement?

I've been popping St John's Wort, and that helps a little...

I've been looking for a supplement for depression.

I fear going back on the Zoloft...

6. Exercise
It raises the natural level of endorphins. Start out slow - you don't want to be suffering muscle pains as well.
