Ok, so I've been absent from live KOEB Countdown because..........

I had a cold, then I got food poisoning and then put my back out bending over and sneezing at the same time but.......

I herniated a disk in my back about 3 years ago, it still bugs me. Best to rest that sucker as much as possible. Backs are some touchy things. :)
