I went back to the OB/GYN today. I apparently have an inflammed fallopian tube (not THE intertubes, but apparently, one of my intertubes). There's not much to do right now, so I'll wait and see how things go, and return for another ultrasound in January.

Oh, and when I told the doc that I enjoyed being on the "Rush drug" she added "Brett Favre, too." That made me feel much better. :)
