at DePaul Hospital 'reassigned' once. She had been a patient in the psych department and, even tho they were warned to treat the records they were filing as confidential, she proceeded to get her record and read it over the phone to her best friend. (Psych patients had to have the doctors permission to see their records to avoid emotional upset.)
