Struggled some with weights with being sick last week. Got through my weights routine, but had to have little mini rests every 5 or 6 reps. :P Otherwise, great day!
Almost didn't get up and go, but I'm glad I did now.
I went through the same thing after being sick in December. It's amazing how much fitness one lose in less than a week! It took me almost a month to get back to my usual jogging time, right before my knee said 'enough.'
