I haven't been posting here, but I have been more consistent in working out. Not as good as I would have liked, but enough to shed 8 pounds in January!
I bought a back pack & once a week I walk to the health food store. It's a mile & a half away & all downhill with my pack empty & all uphill when it's full! Two weeks ago I brought home 17 pounds of groceries & last week it was 22 pounds. It's quite an uphill climb & in the steepest part my steps are very tiny!
