Thursday 2/21/2008 Workout
I did about 1.40 miles today in 27 minutes.

Feeling great and plan to do some heavy spring cleaning today.

1. If you're that inspired, head to my house.... lol
I jogged 2 miles, and walked another half mile.

I also went into the weight room and did some leg workouts.

I'm trying to switch out a larger spare bedroom with a smaller office. I want to larger room to be my office so it will hold a desk, my computer equip and bookshelves. So, That's my goal.

I don't think I will be able to do it all tomorrow, but I hope to at least get it to the point I can move things around enough to paint.

3. 1 hour in the gym with the swim club
And a 5.5 mile training run with the dog. Of course, the dog is as fresh as a daisy. It's impossible to wear that animal out.

30 cross trainer and 15 stationary bike. I second the invitation if you need more to clean!
