Daily Exercise Thread 03/07/05
There's doesn't appear to be a thread so I thought I'd start it off...

2 sets of 3 - deadlifts, 275 lbs
1 set of 3 - DL, 255 lbs.
3 sets of 5 dips
3 sets of 8 curls

I haven't deadlifted in a LONG time, so this was a gentle reintroduction
for me. The ole body was not real thrilled about it ;-) I also deadlift
with a 'clean' or double overhand grip, and my grip strength is definitely
not what it was.

I just wish my lunch break was a 1/2 hour longer...

1. I tried something new, sort of
I did arms on Saturday, as I missed my Friday workout. Sunday, I wrestled with gym vs. mountain biking. Decided to head outside for my cardio and loved it. Today, though it flies in the face of everything I know, I did my normal arm routine again. 48 hours rest before blasting the same bodypart is usually a no-no, but...I can safely say that though my arms really hurt, I've got a great pump. Maybe it'll be good for it's shock factor. I may regret it tomorrow, though.

2. Today was my leg and back day.
I did many sets. I have caught a cold but have been well enough to do my usual work out anyway. I'm just a bit congested; I don't really feel sick.

All while standing on 3" platform

Spent the evening playing with the bikes. Need to get them fully tuned this week so I can get out and RIDE.
