I'm twelve hours ahead of the East coast so it's already election day here. i just hopped off the elliptical after 35 minutes and then lifted some weights and did some stretching. Am feeling pretty good.
Squats (heavy day) 2 warmup sets then 5 working sets of 5 Hack squat (heavy) 4 sets of 6 Straight leg deadlifts 4 sets of 8 Leg extensions 4 sets of 8-10 Seated calf raises 4 sets of 13 Standing calf raises 3 sets of 8 Hamstring curls 3 sets of 10
20 minutes cardio on bike
I had a great workout today, energy was there pumped up for the election, yet my boy Ford lost in TN. It's still looking good for the senate.
