Q: How do you know when you're addicted to jogging?
A: when it's really too hot to jog, but you jog anyway, and even when you fall only 1/4 mile into your 3 mile run, you get up and finish it. Also, when someone asks you how this run was, you say "GREAT!"

My injuries are nothing more than a little road rash on my elbow, hand and knee. I'm a little sore, but I can live with that.

If you're wondering what I fell over, the answer would be: my own two feet, though the folks at the gym say I should tell everyone that a deer ran out in front of me and I fell when trying to avoid hitting it.

Another friend of mine tells me to tell everyone I dumped my bike. (I don't have a bike--well, not a motorcycle anyway.)

1. LOL..
I guess i'm not addicted then b/c i've never said "GREAT!" when someone asks me how the run was. However, yesterday's run went very quickly. I need to start timing myself b/c I was MOVING! (for me that's a 11-13 minute mile)
