Wednesday, 3/22: Planning a small workout this afternoon--how about you?
Hi gang,

I didn't make it to the gym this morning because of something I needed to do for my kid, but I'm hoping to get a 2 mile jog in this afternoon after my doctor's appt.

It's been a week and a half since I worked out, so I'm not confident that I can do the full 2 miles, but I'll give it a shot.

1. Spouse sick, so we didn't go to the gym. I got in a 40 min. ride on

the bike on the road, and then did some dumbbells. Flat bench press, flies, and concentration curls.

With 1 1/2 weeks off, be careful.

Shoulder felt good enough to try dragonflags. situps on swiss ball w/25# weight. Saxon side bends.

Flat DB Bench
Flyes
BB curls
DB curls
DB Lunges

Tried to go running but dressed poorly. I made it one mile and had to go back I was freezing.
