Friday, 1/27: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: good morning

Today I spent 30 minutes in the weight room working on my legs and lower back. Then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.


How did you folks do today?

1. I went to hot yoga class this morning.
Class three days in a row-- I'm pretty sore now!

One of the most interesting side effects of yoga, for me, is how it automatically makes you me eat less because you can't practice well on a full stomach, and the meal you eat 3-4 hours before class is really key to how well you will do IN class. I find that I am very naturally choosing lighter meals and eating much less -- all without really thinking about it!

3. Day off for the most part. I did some yard work.
No gym though. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow.

4. I plan to to shoulder work tonight
add some ab work at the end. I finally got an ab wheel for my house. Great gadget for the money.
