Monday, 11/28: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good Morning!

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then went into the weight room for my ab work.

I missed working out. I need to find something I can do in my living room on days that I'm not coming into work.

I have been off my game because of the flu and the holidays, but the second helpings of stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy demanded that I go for a swim, or several, this week!
