1. Well, I'll be running through IAH later for my connecting flight.
Depending on how late my flight gets in, that should be good for at least 20 mins. or so of cardio (with added weights, no less!). :hi:

I have an appointment w/ the doc because I think I have a sinus infection. I'm running a fever, and my entire face hurts (and my ears too) because of all the pressure in my head.

Even walking makes my face throb.

My aunt died yesterday :-(, so I had to do a quickie so I could go to my folks'. Did the aerobic parts of Power Circuit.

5. Legs and shoulders
Tried to get on the deadlift routine, but after a few tries with almost zero weight, I just didn't feel comfortable with my form, so I ditched and just did the leg press and some other isolation exercises. After I was done with legs I ran a "lap" and then I did shoulders. I need to get a better shoulder routine going on. They're getting neglected almost as much as abs.

Feh!

I rode my bike home and the motor died about two-thirds of the way so I had to do the last seven miles or so using sheer brute strength and stamina! :D

Actually, I was pretty proud of myself. I called Mr. Longhorn but it took him so dang long, I was almost home before he caught up with me. Fortunately, we got him an electric bike last weekend (or was that a back-up bike for me? ;) ) so I'll ride it tomorrow. I will have ridden 115 miles in the last seven CONSECUTIVE days! And maybe 25 to 30 more on Friday.

And according to the scales, I haven't lost an ounce. :(
