Friday, 10/7: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi: Happy Friday! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:


Today I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, and then I went to the weight room to use the shoulder press, chest press, both upper leg machines (adductor and abductor) and then I did my usual ab work.

I don't expect I'll get much exercise this weekend. (I don't live near my gym--it's near where I work--and it's going to rain for the better part of the weekend.) I guess maybe I'll need to find something I can do at home, like a workout video or something.


So... what's up w/ you guys?
