Saturday 6/25 exercise thread
Today was a bike day: I enjoyed just under an hour and a half of pedaling around Houston this morning.

I took a road course and we pedaled all over Austin. Now it's time to jump in the pool! :)

2. Awesome Pilates workout
I reached a personal milestone - I was able to roll like a ball and come back up for the first time. Due to back problems, this has taken me over a year to master. But I did it and I'm thrilled! :woohoo:

Leg Extension 170 lbs/11 reps
Leg Press 210 lbs/12 reps
seated calf raise 210/12
Bench Press 140/12
seated row 210/12
Standing Lat Raise 100/8
Lying Shoulder Pullover 140/10
Standing Bicep Curl 150/12
Shoulder Shrug 210/12
Seated Ab Crunch 210/12

thats my workout... pretty much an allaround tone yourself thing

legs, arms, chest, shoulders, and abs... im tired and sore... even after doin this type of thing every other day.
