Poll question: Have you or anyone you know had a near-death experience?

This is a topic I've been interested in for a while, for several reasons.

This poll depends somewhat on beliefs in NDEs, as well as the fact that some people don't tell others about the experience, so I tried to word the choices to reflect that.

Feel free to request more choices, and to post and explain your choices.

1. No, but I had a dream once that I was dead.

I had been stabbed and slipped into a dark void. Scared me sh*tless.

2. Other - I have travelled Out of Body several times

NDEs and OOBs are very similar from what I have read.

3. I don't personally know of anyone...

But I've read that up to 5% of the population has had NDEs, and that those who do are often reluctant to speak of it.

I gave the choices the way I did because I'm trying to find out about anyone out there at all who has had one (or may have had one); I'd be interested to hear what you/they have to say about the experience.
