Towel warmer.

One of the best purchases I ever made! It was less than $40 and is a free-standing model. I just love grabbing a warm towel, even in the summer, since it can be chilly getting out of the shower when the AC is on. It also quickly dries my towels, washcloths, and handwashed items. And it's supposed to use less electricity than a lightbulb.

I've seen them advertised for much more than I paid and don't think I would spend that much but this one is a good deal. I got it at Linens and Things (before I knew they were a red company) but maybe Bed, Bath, and Beyond, a blue company, will have it.
