Hello! Can anyone tell me the best way to share pictures on DU?

I seem to be doing something wrong. Anyone photo savvy with time to write a quick suggestion. I opened a flickr account but it won't let me copy the URL.

1. Photobucket works better on DU...

3. i use flickr all the time

when your lookign at a picture on flickr,above it is a box that says actions with an arrow and then a mail icon,facebook and twiiter icons and another arrow
click the second arrow and go to grab the html/bb code
make sure the bbcode button is pressed and copy the code it gives you. then just paste it into the message.

2. Be sure to keep the images 800X600 or 600X800. That makes

for a smaller file and you won't have to scroll to see the
whole image.

4. I use both photobucket and flickr but if you want to post from your phone

Photobucket is seriously the better way to go since the iPhone app for photobucket has a much easier path to a direct link while th flickr app makes you jump through hoops

5. i use flickr

beacuse i use aperture instead of iphoto and there is no plug in for aperture that will download straight to photobucket if im running aperture in 64 bit mode.
