Ideas for May Photo Contest?

I'm distracted and my mind is blanking out when I try to think of themes for this month's contest.

Any ideas?

1. Red ball.
One or more red balls need to be somewhere noticeable in the frame, not necessarily relevant to the subject.

What?! OK, maybe I need to switch to decaf....

5. I'm going to bring it up as often as I see stairs....or puppies

Hair......curls, lank, dog, back, long, shorn, stubble, etc

Or perhaps Textures

Or perhaps even Objects that have a resemblance to something else...like pictures in clouds, or driftwood looking like sea turtles, or hair looking like ocean waves, or distant hills looking like boobs (dh's favorite lol), faces apparent in burnt toast, or stalagmites that look like vampire teeth lol.

7. I liked Elfin Yeti's subject
of repeating patterns, or objects. I forget the word.

Or, maybe, perspectives/vanishing points.

(I'm coming back late tomorrow, thanks for your kind feedback on some of my photos)

10. Puppies & babies with raindrops on stairs
or some combination thereof. Am I gauging the sentiment here correctly?

Not necessarily responses to this post entered into this assessment.

21. Do you go to dpreview? They just had a "three" mini challenge.
They are having a three color mini challenge right now.

22. Actually, no...
I don't go to dpreview so it looks like just one of those coincidences. I was actually thinking primarily in terms of objects rather than colours.
