1. Great shot
This is one that definitely works better in color. IMO, anyway.

4. The colors are so striking. I took off the white balance
because the warmer colors worked better.

I included the B&W because it was the patterns that caught my eye.

2. Being a bread baker (I bake ALL my bread) it was so obvious that one was the risen
dough and the other the baked bread, that I had a serious "duh" moment a minute later.

Very nice.

5. Their bread is very tasty. They have the best Chocolate Truffless
too. His pastries come from a French and Italian heritage.
