A new camera and a new look at a subject I visited years ago: Michler's Florist.

The owners of this florist and greenhouse are some of the gentle ones. They are a prime example of how attitude flows downhill in an organization. You can tell the owners are top shelf people by those who work there. You can't help but feel good there. It's very real.

and that greenhouse is definitely a very cool place. It really has become one with it's surroundings, hasn't it?

2. It's a fun place to explore. The owners are not control freaks, and that allows

the place to become perfect.

The one word that comes to mind when I look at all of those photos is "sanctuary." I love places like this. And now I don't feel so bad that my garden isn't nice and neat.
