or, well, it is to me today

So, I guess you all know I went on a little sail to Bermuda last week. It was quite the adventure. Started off just fine, first two days and nights we flew along. Then the weather came. The next two days we were driven back halfway to the Azores (okay, not quite that far) then the big waves started, and it was all we could do to keep on deck.

Everything that was not fastened with two ropes was claimed by the waves, including my left boot and GPS unit which was velcroed around it. No injuries, lots of fun, only a couple of days overdue.

All in all, a great week.

I find it interesting you did not take your camera, bet that was a tough decision.
Don't know if I could have done that, I'm a risk taker for sure.
I'm also disappointed there are no photos, but I learned about the mo photos and that they are ongoing, so that gives me something wonderful to check in on.

especially in bad weather and when you are on the midwatch 12-4am... not much to see
