I can't get the size down. Tried four times.
So I want to post it and hope it works out.
(I'm doing this to scale us back to at least brick red)

edited to apologize. I have no idea what went wrong.
Am sizing it to a 15 " screen as always in Photobucket.

I give up and try again another day.

EDITED for the LAST time.
I figured out my problem, and I threw in the photo of the little girl whose parents I went to see to quote a job.
Her name is Serena. Have not run across that name since "Porgy and Bess". Now that dates me big time, but that's all right.
Is this baby cute or what?

1. That's a great wall
Love, love, love the brickwork.

As for resizing, I don't think I can help you. I always resize in GIMP before uploading to Photobucket and I'm not even sure how PB resizes them.

2. Couldn't sleep leaving something so bad up. Trying again. The wall rocks !
And you are doing a great job with the contest. Can you believe the speed of the entries rushing in?

8. I figured the contest would fill up quickly
Everyone has been painting the group red all week but I didn't expect it to go that fast. The entries, as always, are amazing.

Speaking of which, that baby is adorable. Her pretty eyes follow me around the room. I'm glad you stayed awake long enough to post her picture.

3. I love the wall!
I especially like the third one with the the street lamp included. Interesting construction: brick facing on cinder block. I've never seen construction like that.

And Serena is perfectly gorgeous. She's going to be a stunner.

4. This would make a good red picture....

A couple of things--why can't you reduce the size? What do you use to reduce the size?

I was kind of glad that my hard drive crashed in one respect. I had to reinstall everything and my old HP photo software is better than the newer one (my opinion only). I can easily make anything any size I want.

That is a really cute kid but you sure MUST NOT BE A TENNIS FAN. Your comment about the name made me sort of laugh......and not because you remember Porgy and Bess (Summertime.........and the livin' is easy).

Edited to add: Is that building structurally sound? I have to say, I just love old brick and this looks great.

5. I figured out the size problem - you should have seen the botched too
large versions - but the brick was fabulous that way !

I am not a sports fan of any kind, except swimming, Mark Spitz (not so much the other one)
and now that you said it OF COURSE i know about the Williams sisters !!!!!

That building is sound as a drum, the wall is where the one attached was taken off. I only had a few min., was juggling with carrying things, had vagrants watching so I could not put them down, and the wind was blowing.
I am going back for more. I simply love old brick - only thing I love more is rusted metal.

6. I really like the third with the lightpost in the foreground.
And yes, that baby is adorable. Look at those big, round, dark eyes!

7. Thanks ! I did not do it justice, and wanted to lead in to the third photo,
to show what I found and how it grew on me.
Still, your neighborhood surely beats mine. Love your winter photo ( and the red one, too).
