1. there are people shoveling......

having to throw the snow waaaaaaaaaay over their heads!

Ok, so, maybe I am an old fogey- but, the fact that I can sit in NJ and watch people shoveling this 'epic' snowfall. on my freakin' PC !! is more photography than I EVER dreamed possible.

I'd hate to be the ones digging out.

P.S. I'm such a bird nerd that I was thinking of what types of birds I could see there. ;)

3. The birdies are all 'hunkered down'

No pun intended. Maybe some juncos- are there juncos out there??

I am not a big fan of snow- I am not even a little fan of that crap.
But, the sheer volume is fascinating me. In addition to the ultra fascinating fact that I can sit here drinking hot coffee and watch it all happening a continent away.............
