I'm mostly an amateur as well, hoping to learn more...

The second one of Karsh Kale is especially vibrant. I don't know the guy, yet I sense his personality. :thumbsup:

I love the carousel/ kid pics, since I love these old, family style amusement parks...

Here's a few pics from an old park in my area, no longer operational, but still standing. I first visited when I was not much older than your sister's daughters...

But... your updated pic still shows a lot of personallity...I definitely feel the energy and passion (or pissed-off-ness as you say. ;-) )

As a painter, I understand the frustration of working at manipulating your medium.

i am a total amateur but i enjoy it.
